- What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for Drugspro.pk?
You may return any product within 10 days of purchase if the packaging has not been opened. If the packaging has been opened and you are dissatisfied with the product, please contact us via WhatsApp at +971 56 230 6264, and our customer care agent will assist you accordingly. You have the following options for returning your product/s:
Option 1
You can return your product/s directly to Drugspro at Deepsip, A-305 Chungi No# 9, Sargodha. Upon receiving your products at Drugspro, we will refund the amount to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
Option 2
Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. Once we receive your products at Drugspro, we will deduct Rs 200 from your order amount and refund the remaining balance to your Bank Account / Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash.
If you suspect that your product has been tampered with, please ensure to retain the original product and its packaging if possible. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.
